Booking Policy : All reservation must be guarantee by a 25% deposit of the stay including 15 € for booking fee.

Cancellation Policy : Cancellation must be by fax, mail or e-mail whit the cancellation date.

In anyway we do not refund the booking fee

If you cancel :

• Between 30 to 15 days before arrival date, we keep the 25% of the stay
• Between 14 to 8 days before arrival date, we shall charge 50% of the stay
• Less than 7 days before arrival date we shall charge 100% of the stay
• No show on the arrival date, we shall charge 100% of the stay
